29 SEPTEMBER, BANGKOK: in-cosmetics Asia, the leading event in Asia Pacific for personal care ingredients, today announces an exciting celebrity speaker line-up for its 16th edition. Organised by RX, the event will take place from 4-6 November at BITEC, Bangkok attracting all the personal care creators that matter from across the region. This year’s speaker programme will feature iconic industry figures from Southeast Asia who are redefining beauty entrepreneurship and inspiring the next generation of brands.

One of Indonesia’s most celebrated artists, Raisa Andriana (@raisa6690 and @officialrainebeauty) will take to the stage alongside her childhood friend and co-founder of Raine Beauty, Titania Fairuskha. Their exclusive session, Celebrity Singer to Beauty Entrepreneur Journey! will be held at 12:00 on Tuesday 4 November in the Marketing Trends Theatre.

With more than 37 million Instagram followers, the award-winning singer, songwriter and Indonesian Idol judge will share how she found her voice in the beauty industry. Together with Titania, they turned their shared passion into Raine Beauty, one of Indonesia’s most inspiring celebrity-led beauty labels. The session will explore how artistry, friendship and a commitment to authenticity can fuel business success with insights into brand storytelling, product development and community-building in today’s competitive beauty market.

Also joining the programme line-up is Chayadhorn “Ing” Kitiyadisai, better known to his hundreds of thousands of followers as Ing (@ingck). After emerging as a trusted skincare voice online, the Thai entrepreneur launched his own brand, Ingu, in 2022. He will bring his experience as both influencer and entrepreneur to the panel, How to Launch a Beauty Brand: Successful Strategies & Problem Solving!

The live panel discussion at 14:00 on Tuesday 4 November will look at the real-world challenges of moving from concept to shelf. Topics will cover product development, regulatory hurdles, marketing, funding, and scaling in today’s competitive landscape.
