Bridgestone Reports Q3 Growth Amid Challenging North American Market
On November 12, 2025, Bridgestone Group announced Q3 results, with sales up 2.4% to ¥1.1185 trillion and adjusted operating profit up 7.8% to ¥133.7 billion.
Year-to-date, total sales were slightly down 1.06%, but adjusted operating profit rose 4.3%, with an adjusted margin of 11.4%. Regional performance varied: Japan up 4.3%, APAC down 5.1%, US down 3.8%, and EMEA up 1%.
Bridgestone lowered its full-year profit guidance due to weaker-than-expected US economic conditions and declining truck and bus tire sales. Additionally, Brazilian exports to North America decreased, and network security issues in the US impacted financial results.
