Han Zheng Meets Woodren, Chairman and CEO of ExxonMobil Corporation

Han Zheng, Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, met with Woodren, Chairman and CEO of ExxonMobil Corporation in Zhongnanhai on April 4.
Han Zheng said that opening to the outside world is China's basic national policy. China has fully implemented the management system of national treatment plus negative list before admission, and actively attracted foreign investment. We welcome Exxon Mobil to expand investment and cooperation in China and build large-scale sole-proprietorship petrochemical projects. We hope that you will continue to use your advanced technology, cooperate with China in accordance with market rules and business principles, actively participate in the development of China's petrochemical industry, and better realize mutual benefit and win-win situation. Woodren said that China's development, changes and reform and opening-up measures have provided broad opportunities for enterprises from all countries to invest in China, and we are deeply encouraged and confident. ExxonMobil will continue to strengthen cooperation with China and accelerate the construction of projects in China.
