When eating crayfish, fruit prices are higher than in previous years.

The hot summer is coming! Summer is the season for eating fruits, crayfish, barbecues and ice cream. During the day, when you work in the company, on cool nights, you can sweep the night market stalls with a group of eating friends. On the way home, you will see the Yuexiu Fair, Yuexiu North Road, Jingshui Road and other old-fashioned food streets in the city, attracting the eaters to "go ahead and follow up". With the increase of the market, the recent fruit has "lowered the price", and crayfish has reached the time of the year when the price is cheapest and the meat quality is the most delicious.
The weather turns hot and fruit sells well. Reporters visited the market and found that this year's fruit prices were higher than the same period last year, in which the price of apples and pears rose more significantly. Fortunately, with the increase of the market, fruit prices have dropped significantly in many seasons. For many people, watermelon is the exclusive flavor of summer. Yesterday morning, in the Jingshui Shop of Guoweiyi Fruit Supermarket, the local retail price of 8424 watermelons fell below 2 yuan per kilogram for the first time, to 1.99 yuan, which attracted many neighboring residents to buy. With the rise of temperature, local watermelons began to be sold in large quantities.
Mr. Wang, the owner of Jingshui Shop in Guoweiyi Fruit Supermarket, said that now the two-cropped melons are on the market. There is no head-cropped melon on on the taste, and the price is on average 1 yuan cheaper per kilo. "The market of watermelon is similar to last year, and the retail price of each kilo is two and three cents more expensive than last year."
In addition to watermelon, there are fresh peaches. As early as a month and a half ago, there were peaches on the market, while in recent years, peaches from all over the country were mainly honey peaches. As far as the origin is concerned, peaches are mainly produced in Shandong and Anhui, while Jiangsu, Shanghai, Hebei, Ningbo and Jiaxing are the main sales forces. "The price of peaches from other places was about 25 yuan per kilogram when they first appeared on the market, but now it has fallen back to 15 yuan per kilogram." Mr. Wang said that honey peaches were on the market later than fur peaches, basically from early June to August. For Jiaxing people, Fengqiao honey peach is an indispensable fruit variety in summer fruit tray. Reporters learned from some agricultural enterprises in Fengqiao Town, Nanhu District, that the quality of Fengqiao peach this year is the best in recent years, and the retail price is the same as last year. Qi Guoliang, general manager of Jiaxing Weigu Ecological Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., said that Fengqiao honey peach on the market is mainly early-maturing varieties. The maturity period of Hujingmilu, the most successful cultivar of Fengqiao honey peach, is generally in mid-July. Journalist learned from Jiaxing Fruit Market that since June, real estate grapes have also ushered in the peak season of sales. At present, a large number of listed varieties mainly include Jufeng, Xiahei, Ping-pong, Drunken Golden Fragrance, Hongti, Beauty Finger, etc. According to the time of market, in general, real estate grapes can be sold for about two months. By the end of August, the peak season of real estate grapes will be over. In terms of price, take the local summer black grape as an example. Most of the wholesale prices range from 5 yuan to 7 yuan per kilogram. The quality of the grape is excellent enough to sell at 9 yuan per kilogram, while the retail price is generally more than 12 yuan per kilogram. With the increase of real estate grapes on the market, the retail price per kilogram of grapes fell by 2 yuan to 3 yuan compared with the previous period.
Many food products found that the overall price of fruits this year is high. Why? Industry insiders said that this year's fruit prices are more expensive than before, mainly due to weather. Last autumn fruit harvest across the country failed, resulting in insufficient stock this year, and some fruit supply is tight, of which apples and pears are the most obvious performances. In recent years, the prices of apples and pears are still running at a high level. Taking Fuji and Korla fragrant pears in Shaanxi as examples, the retail price of Fuji in Shaanxi is 9.9 yuan per kilogram, which is 2.9 yuan higher than that of the same period last year. The retail price of Korla fragrant pear is 16.5 yuan per kilogram, which is 6.6 yuan higher than that of the same period last year. According to the analysis of people in the industry, the price of fruits is determined by the market supply and demand, and the price rise is a short-term phenomenon. With the full picking of fruits in different fruit producing areas, under the regulation of the market, the price rise of fruits may come to an end.
Every summer, it is the season to eat lobster in a warehouse. Jiaxing people love crayfish very enthusiastically. Some people even say that without crayfish, why summer? Reporters visited the market and found that now is the best time to achieve "crayfish freedom". Xiaolobster wholesale price is between 15 yuan and 20 yuan per kilogram recently, which is lower than previous years, Mr. Zhang, a fishery operator in Jiaxing Fishery and Meat Wholesale Market, told reporters. Two months ago, the wholesale price of 5-dollar crayfish was 35 yuan per kilogram. The national wholesale price trend chart of crayfish published online shows that the recent price is the lowest in a year, and the average wholesale price of red-shelled and green-shelled crayfish with specifications ranging from 2 to 4 yuan is only 11 yuan per kilogram. Of course, these are only wholesale prices, which are higher at the retail end. Yesterday afternoon, the reporter saw in the downtown Sanshuiwan vegetable farm, crayfish of all sizes jumping around in the water basin, "small 20 yuan per kilogram, larger 25 yuan." A stall owner introduced that in recent years, crayfish have been selling very well, and the price has also increased year by year. From less than 10 yuan per kilogram to 230 yuan now, the price has risen a lot. However, prices have not risen significantly this year. Overall, it is not difficult for citizens to realize "crayfish freedom" as long as they do not pursue the "best shrimp" of large size this year.
