Becoming a volunteer for Lipont's Colour for Love mission: educating children with beauty and raising the wings of their dreams
In 2021, the Youth Dream Practice Group of the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Anhui University of Technology, as one of the teams participating in the Zhixing Project, went to Chaji, Anhui Province, to conduct a variety of art courses for the children in the mountainous areas to help them develop a comprehensive quality education, with Ding Yunwei being responsible for the art course in the mission.
In 2017, in response to the call to build a "Beautiful China" and in conjunction with the "One Belt, One Road" and "Precise Poverty Alleviation" policies, LIBON China joined the "China Students' Knowledge and Action Promotion Programme" launched under the guidance of the School Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League.

In response to the call for building a "beautiful China", and in line with the policies of "One Belt, One Road" and "precise poverty alleviation", LiPont China joined the "Chinese Students' Knowledge and Action Promotion Plan" launched under the guidance of the School Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, and launched the LiPont "Colour for Love" Chinese Students' Rural Education Award to encourage students from universities across China to go into the countryside to carry out practical activities such as teaching and research on traditional village architecture and cultural heritage, so as to bring warmth and beauty to children in mountainous areas.
When talking about her connection with Lipan's Colour for Love, Ding Yunwei said that her interest in art since childhood and her continuous study had given her a deeper understanding of art and the current situation of aesthetic education in rural areas.
Out of a sense of responsibility born out of love, Ding Yunwei actively applied for the "Colour for Love" volunteer programme and became a member of the teaching team in the summer of 2021.
She says, "I love art because it can express what's in our hearts and frame some beautiful moments that are worth remembering, and art is a language to express human emotions."
This is exactly what Lipan's charity philosophy is - we hope that through aesthetic education, we can cultivate children's ability to recognise, love and create beauty, and help them develop holistically.
