Hainan Refinery to Build 1 Million PTA Unit in Yangpu
Hainan Refinery plans to invest 3.7 billion yuan to build a 1 million mt/yr PTA project in Yangpu district, Hainan Province. According to the plan, the construction will start in Jul, 2017 and will finish in Mar, 2019. The PTA unit will start trial run in Jun, 2019 and may achieve on-spec product in Sep, 2019.
