On July 10, the Summit on High Quality Development of China's Fine Chemical Industry (Shenyang) was held in Shenyang, sponsored by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation and hosted by Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry. Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Academician Peng Xiaojun of Dalian University of Technology put forward the meaning of refined chemical industry 2.0 of product intelligentization and process intelligentization based on the development of global chemical industry and the current situation of fine chemical industry in China and 2025-fine chemical industry made in China. The changes brought about by service are analyzed in depth.
