The Summit on High Quality Development of China's Fine Chemical Industry

On July 10, the Summit on High Quality Development of China's Fine Chemical Industry (Shenyang) was held in Shenyang, sponsored by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation and hosted by Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry. The purpose of the Summit is to promote academic and industrial exchanges in the field of fine chemical industry and to promote academic and industrial exchanges among Universities and institutes. Cooperation with other industries will accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, help promote structural transformation and upgrading of the industry, and guide the high-quality development of fine chemical industry. The summit forum attracted many experts and scholars from home and abroad. It was chaired by Zhao Jungui, Vice President of Sinopec Federation, and Professor Xu Weichang, President of Shenyang Chemical Research Institute.
Xu Weichang, President of Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry, expressed his gratitude to all of you for coming to Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry (the first chemical research institute founded by the Communist Party of China on January 08, 1949) to celebrate the 70th birthday. Xu Weichang said that Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry would continue to uphold the initiative of scientific research to rejuvenate the country and create innovative scientific research mission. Go ahead and create brilliance again. Lu Ke, deputy governor of Liaoning Provincial People's Government, pointed out that holding the high-quality development summit of China's fine chemical industry in 2019 is an important measure to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches on the revitalization of Northeast China and the spirit of important instructions and instructions. It will certainly play an active role in promoting the overall revitalization of Liaoning in the new era.
Academician of China Academy of Engineering and Academician Qian Xuhong of East China Normal University pointed out that there are obvious defects in traditional chemical production equipment, such as discontinuity of process, poor mass and heat transfer, which seem to be product problems, but actually process problems. Microfluidic technology can make chemical separation and mixing process achieve the highest molecular level efficiency, and even theory. Limit, it lays a solid foundation for continuous manufacturing, intelligent and green manufacturing. Academician Qian said that the new generation of micro-fluidic technology gives us an important opportunity. He hoped that through micro-fluidic technology, the traditional chemical plant could be transformed into a continuous desktop factory as soon as possible, and more hopefully one day into a mobile phone factory.
Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Academician Peng Xiaojun of Dalian University of Technology put forward the meaning of refined chemical industry 2.0 of product intelligentization and process intelligentization based on the development of global chemical industry and the current situation of fine chemical industry in China and 2025-fine chemical industry made in China. The changes brought about by service are analyzed in depth. The status quo of smart materials with "stuck neck" is analyzed, and the connotation of product/process innovation oriented to demand, integration of science and technology and innovation at source is put forward.
Hu Qianlin, deputy secretary-general of Sinopec Federation, mentioned that fine chemical industry is one of the most vigorous new fields in chemical industry and an important component of new materials. Developing fine chemical industry has become the strategic focus of adjusting the structure of chemical industry, enhancing the competitiveness of chemical industry and expanding economic benefits all over the world. This is the case. He made an in-depth analysis from four aspects: the overall development trend of world fine chemical industry, the present situation and achievements of China's fine chemical industry, the challenges faced by the industry and the strategic focus of high-quality development. He pointed out that it was essential to strengthen technological innovation, vigorously implement supply-side reforms, and adjust and optimize the industrial structure. At the same time, it was necessary to vigorously implement them. Innovation-driven and green-driven development strategy, to overcome a number of "make-up board" technology, in order to improve the core competitiveness of the industry.
Ning Gaoning, chairman of China Sinochem Group and China Chemical Group, believes that building a first-class enterprise should first take the world-class enterprise as its development goal and achieve three leading objectives, namely, leading the indicators of total factor productivity and labor productivity equivalent efficiency, leading the indicators of net assets return rate and capital preservation and appreciation, and providing superiority. In terms of quality products and services, we are in the lead; three leaders are: dominant position in the allocation of international resources, leading the development of global industry technology, having voice and influence in the development of global industry; three models are: practicing new development theory, fulfilling social responsibility, and possessing a global well-known brand image. At the same time, the importance of safety production in chemical enterprises was emphasized, and it was pointed out that if the enterprises profit at the expense or waste of social resources, they may not be good enterprises. If they want to become world-class enterprises, they can create value and reasonable innovation team is indispensable. Again, Ning always pointed out that to create a world-class enterprise, it is necessary to implement the management of benchmarking in an all-round way. Benchmarking is the starting point and benchmarking is the purpose.
The successful development of this summit has promoted in-depth exchanges and cooperation in the fine chemical industry of the whole country.
