Hanbang Has Restarted Half of Its 2.2 Million PTA Unit
Hanbang has restarted half of the 2.2 million mt/yr PTA unit in Jiangyin and the other half will be restarted soon. In addition, Hanbang intends to restart the 700 kta PTA unit shut since Sep, 2016.
