10% tariffs will be imposed on perfumes, toothpaste and lip cosmetics

The Chinese Industrial Association has imposed a 10% tariff on the main raw materials and products of toothpaste, dental floss and refined palm oil scrubbing products originating in the United States. From 12 to 01 in December 15, 2019, perfume and flower dew, lip (eye) cosmetics, shampoo, etc. Commodities are subject to a 10% tariff.

A few days ago, the State Council Tariff and Tax Commission issued a notice of imposing tariffs on some imported goods originating in the United States (the third batch). It announced that it would levy an additional tariff on the main raw materials and products of toothpaste, dental floss and other daily chemical products originating in the United States and refined palm oil detergents from 12:01 on September 1, 2019. 0% customs duties; from 12 hours and 01 minutes in December 15, 2019, 10% of the duty on perfume and toilet water, lip (eye) cosmetics, shampoos and so on.
