Energy saving and efficiency increase of waste gas power generation project

Although the company has adopted LPC long bag pulse dust remover process to conduct comprehensive environmental protection and comprehensive treatment for the calcium carbide furnace of the company, the dust removal efficiency reaches 99%, and the flue gas emission concentration after dust removal also reaches the emission standard, but due to the high temperature of the flue gas of calcium carbide furnace, a large amount of heat energy is wasted in vain. In order to improve the recycling of resources and vigorously develop the circular economy of "reduction, low emission and high efficiency", Xinmiao company decided to use the advanced experience of the same industry for reference to carry out the technical transformation project of waste heat power station of waste gas of calcium carbide furnace and use the waste gas of calcium carbide furnace for power generation, which can not only effectively solve the pollution problem caused by the waste gas discharge of calcium carbide furnace, but also convert the waste heat into electric energy for the production of enterprises. The product is used. After the completion of the project, 72.2 million kwh of electricity can be generated by waste heat of calcium carbide furnace annually, 66.12 million kwh of power can be supplied annually, and 30 people can be arranged to work. Compared with the thermal power plants of the same scale, the annual saving is equivalent to 24200 tons of standard coal, at the same time, 10.9 tons of soot and 87.1 tons of Sulfur Dioxide can be reduced annually, so as to realize the purpose of resource recycling and completely solve the smoke pollution of calcium carbide furnace. It has good economic and social benefits. Chen Baixiong, assistant general manager of Xinmiao company, told reporters.
