The production of calcium carbide in Shenmu coal chemical industry

The average daily output of a single carbide furnace is up to 184 tons. From the first half of the operation analysis meeting, the company's leaders and competent departments closely contacted the grass-roots level and took a number of measures to improve the carbide opening and qualification rate, greatly improving the carbide output. First, the safety production management department of the company strengthened the guidance for the safety production work of each enterprise, and put forward new requirements for the production load and product qualification rate of calcium carbide; second, the energy company and electrochemical company of Shangma calcium carbide device have equipped the leading group with professional safety, production, technology, management and sales experience for the calcium carbide branch; third, the production technology department has assisted the energy calcium carbide. The branch company has carried out technical transformation on the gas purification system of calcium carbide furnace, power supply and control cable of calcium carbide furnace, calcium carbide boiler, etc., and achieved good results; fourthly, strengthened the assessment of process indicators, reduced the moisture content of the dried blue carbon to less than 1%, effectively reduced technological accidents such as big collapse and turning over calcium carbide; fifthly, the furnace has been shut down in a planned way every day, and the material surface has been treated in 30 minutes, forming a fixed value. It is a good mode to clean up and standardize production. Now, the company's average production load of calcium carbide has reached more than 85%, and the rate of first-class products has exceeded 90%, making up for the production tasks in arrears due to insufficient production load in the first half of the year.
