Holland becomes the largest importer of LNG terminal in chenille, Texas, USA
Statistics released by relevant media show that the Netherlands has become the largest importer of liquefied natural gas (LNG) for this facility nearly a year after chenille energy started exporting LNG from its terminal near Corpus Christi, Texas. The trend further proves that Europe plays an important role in carrying American goods and helping the market realize rebalancing. Five of the top 10 countries importing LNG from Corpus Christi LNG terminal in Texas are in Europe. They also import large quantities of LNG from another chenille energy export facility in sabinpas, Louisiana Statistics show that as of Wednesday (6th), since December 2018, 70 LNG cargoes have been shipped from Corpus Christi liquefaction company, totaling 226 billion cubic feet, of which 10 have landed in the Netherlands. Argentina received the second largest number of LNG cargoes from Texas terminal, with seven ships in total, followed by six from Spain, five from Mexico and five from Italy. As of Wednesday, nine U.S. LNG carriers were still at sea The relatively low price of natural gas has stimulated the growth of gas power generation in parts of Europe, including Spain and Germany. This in turn supports the region's strong demand for LNG imports.
