In order to achieve the standard emission, the main person in charge of the plant took the Lead to organize a special meeting, according to the nature of the device, implement the emission indicators one by one, increase the intensity of point source control, and study and implement emission reduction measures. Organize all units of the plant to comprehensively check the discharge outlet of the material pipeline, and take isolation measures for the downpour and head shaking of the direct discharge ground and trench, or the connection with the heat exchange system. In the process of production and operation, strictly implement the opening and approval of the material pipeline, effectively avoid the leakage caused by opening and closing the valve at will, and prevent the COD fluctuation caused by the material entering into the water. Carry out all-weather monitoring on the blowdown points of each device, and report the drainage monitoring results of each device every day.
For the discharge outlet of acetaldehyde, acrylate and other key sewage devices, the monitoring frequency increased from three times a day to six times. In the abnormal period, one hour monitoring was carried out, and the COD trend curves were drawn respectively to find and deal with the abnormal problems in time. Speed up the progress of environmental protection project. The comprehensive treatment project of acrylate wastewater is a key environmental protection project implemented by the plant at present. The project adopts the biological anaerobic treatment technology to treat the industrial wastewater of the plant innocuously. After the project is put into use, the annual wastewater can be treated by 48000 tons, the COD of the sewage of the plant can be reduced to below 1200mg / L, and the COD discharge can be reduced by 500 tons / year, effectively reducing the total discharge amount and COD concentration of the sewage of the plant. At present, the preliminary construction of the project has been successfully completed, and the subsequent construction and production preparation are progressing in an orderly manner according to the plan. At the same time, the plant is also actively carrying out deep level environmental protection technology research, and plans to treat the recovered high concentration wastewater of acetaldehyde plant through the comprehensive treatment system of acrylate wastewater, so as to further reduce the drainage concentration.
To assist private enterprises to meet the emission standards. Due to historical reasons, some private enterprises have been relying on the sewage system of the plant to transport and treat wastewater. In order to continuously reduce the total amount of COD discharged from the plant, the plant actively assisted the private enterprises to strengthen environmental protection management while strengthening internal management. Since the beginning of the year, on the one hand, the factory has assigned professional technicians to assist the company in process optimization, adjustment of process parameters, smooth production and operation, and strengthened environmental monitoring, effectively reducing COD emissions. On the other hand, actively help the enterprise to carry out the research and implementation of crotonaldehyde high concentration waste water incineration treatment technology. At present, the relevant scheme is under test and demonstration. In the second half of the year, the total amount of sewage discharged by private enterprises is expected to be significantly reduced.
