Three research centers of Yankuang Group are unveiled

Recently, Yankuang Group coal mine rockburst prevention and control research center, geological disaster prevention and Control Engineering Research Center, and coal mine intelligent mining test center were also established in Jinan City, Shandong Province. The three newly established centers of Yankuang Group will be supported by Jinan Academy of coal science, Donghua construction company geological and mineral company, and equipment management center, led by he ManChao, academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and kingdom law, academician of Chinese Academy of engineering. It is understood that in 2018, Yankuang Group completed coal production of 161 million tons, operating revenue of 240 billion yuan, and total profits and taxes of 22.1 billion yuan, the best level since the establishment of the enterprise. Yankuang Group will rely on the three centers, introduce domestic and foreign top talents, accurately predict and scientifically evaluate the rockburst and coal mine geological disasters, attach importance to equipment and use fewer people, and make every effort to improve the intelligent level of coal mining. With the increase of coal mining depth in Shandong Province, rock burst has become the main disaster of coal mining, especially deep mining. At present, there are 42 rockburst mines in Shandong Province, accounting for 30% of the whole country, and 20 over kilometer deep mining mines, accounting for 42.6% of the whole country. From the first rockburst accident in 1966 to the end of 2018, 3170 times of rockburst have occurred in Shandong Province. According to Wang Duanwu, director of Shandong Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, although the number of coal mine workers in Shandong Province decreased by 33.5% last year, there are still 118000 coal mine workers in Shandong Province. Coal mine safety production and safety development must follow the way of mechanization, automation and intelligence. It is urgent for coal mine production to realize less human and unmanned.
