We will deepen the reform of the investment approval system, strengthen the coordination between project decision-making and the implementation of land use planning, and promote the "all in one" investment project online approval and supervision platform. Fifth, efforts should be made to stimulate private investment. We will promote the implementation of policies to encourage private investment, further improve the long-term mechanism for promoting projects to private capital, standardize the promotion of PPP model, strengthen investment and financing cooperation, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of private investment.
