The meeting made a detailed report on the preliminary preparation, task division and implementation plan of the project, and discussed, negotiated and confirmed the preliminary design scheme of the boiler, the conditions required for the preliminary design, the delivery schedule of boiler design data, the document control channel for data and information transmission, etc. Through the full communication and coordination among chemical materials company, design institute and supplier, an agreement was reached and the meeting minutes with enforceability were formed. The convening of the meeting further clarified the detailed technical scheme, marking that the design of the boiler is officially on the right track. Shaanxi Yulin Energy Group Co., Ltd. coal to 1.2 million T / a ethylene glycol phase I 400000 T / a ethylene glycol startup project is located in the clean water Industrial Park of Yushen industrial zone. The main construction contents include coal gasification device, purification device, H2 / CO separation device, ethylene glycol device, etc., supporting 3 × 350 t / h high temperature and high pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler, 2 × 30MW back pumping steam turbine generator unit and air separation device , desalted water station, storage and transportation facilities, sewage treatment station, etc. The total investment of the project is 5.86 billion yuan, of which environmental protection investment is 532627400 yuan, accounting for 9.1% of the total investment.
