Shaanxi coal group and National Energy Group signed a 2020 cooperative contract
It is reported that recently Shaanxi coal group and National Energy Group signed a long-term agreement in 2020. According to the three-year contract agreement signed in 2018, through full friendly negotiation, the contract volume of 2020 senior cooperative is 5.5 million tons, an increase of 3.8 million tons over the previous year. The coal price continues to implement the long-term cooperative pricing mechanism of "basic price + floating price", and the basic price maintains a price level of 535 CNY/ton in 2019. The signing of this contract is the annual long-term contract signed by Shaanxi coal group and "five major electric power" through the long-term contract of Haoji railway and other regions with the state energy group. In response to the guidance of the national development and Reform Commission, the two sides took the lead in breaking the deadlock between the two sides on the basic price difference of 2020 senior cooperative, and played a demonstration role in maintaining the stable operation of the coal market and maintaining the coal price in a green range.
