At the same time, based on its strong business base in China and Asia, the company has gradually moved to the international market. Through the acquisition of new Avon, the company is full of expectations for the expansion of its North American business. In the fourth quarter, the sales increased by 18.5% year-on-year to 213.3 billion won, and the quarterly sales exceeded 2 trillion won for the first time. Operating profit also increased by 14.3% year-on-year to 241 billion won, the highest ever. The sales volume of cosmetics increased by 21.5% year on year to 4.7458 trillion won, and the operating profit increased by 14.7% year on year to 897.7 billion won. At the same time of high-end brands leading the growth, since the cosmetics sales in South Korea exceeded 2 trillion won for the first time in 2018, the annual sales of "post" brands reached 2.5836 trillion won in 2019, setting a new record. The sum of Sumi's high-end series and the first series of OUHUI's high-end series continue to grow rapidly, and CNP's annual sales have also exceeded 100 billion won, leaping to a popular brand. The sales volume of the household goods sector increased by 1.8% year-on-year to 1.4882 trillion won, and the operating profit increased by 4.6% year-on-year to 126 billion won. Through structural adjustment, physical improvement and flexible response to market changes, the market share of 33.4% was finally achieved, which consolidated the position of market first. In addition, the company also launched high-end care products through Avon, to enter the North American market. The sales volume of beverage sector increased by 5.1% year on year to 1.4514 trillion won, and the operating profit increased by 12.1% year on year to 152.7 billion won. The main brands represented by Coca Cola, Sprite and power have driven the sales growth, and the launch of a variety of new products has strengthened the market position, with a market share of 31.6%.
