China丨China foreign trade over 245 thousand tons in June, both increased in value and volume

General situation

In June, the total year-on-year value and volume ofChina's agrochemicals imports and exports both increased, with a trade surplusof 1.888 billion dollars. The volume of import and export products was 245,500tons, a year-on-year increase of 15.61%. The import and export volume convertedto 100% was 133,100 tons, with a year-on-year increase of 11.30%. The importand export value was US $1.952 billion, a year-on-year increase of 53.97%.

Export situation

In June, China's agrochemical exports also increasedin both volume and value. The volume of exported products was 243,700 tons, up16.97% year-on-year. The export volume converted to 100% was 132,200 tons, anincrease of 12.24% year-on-year. The export value was $1.920 billion, anincrease of 58.08% year-on-year .

The exported technical and formulation were doubleincrease. The volume of exported technical products was 87,800 tons, anincrease of 20.55% year-on-year. The export volume of technical converted to100% was 75,200 tons, an increase of 10.34% year-on-year. The export value oftechnical was 1.078 billion US dollars, an increase of 57.78% year-on-year. Thevolume of exported formulation products was 155,900 tons, an increase of 15.04%year-on-year. The exported volume of formulation converted to 100% was 57,000tons, an increase of 14.84% year-on-year. The exported value of formulation wasUS$842 million, an increase of 58.46% year-on-year.

By categories, in terms of exported volume and value convertedto 100%, except for the double decrease of plant growth regulators, other agrochemicalcategories all increased year-on-year.

The exported volume of herbicide converted to 100% was93000 tons, and the export value was 1.178 billion dollars. The exported volumeof insecticide converted to 100% was 21400 tons, and the export value was 491million dollars. The export volume of fungicide converted to 100% was 16,500tons, and the export value was 228 million US dollars.

Import situation

In June, the import volume and value of agrochemicalin China decreased year on year. The volume of imported products was 1800 tons,a year-on-year decrease of 54.91%. The import volume converted to100% was 900tons, a year-on-year decrease of 48.77%. The import value was 32 million dollars,down 39.65% year-on-year.

For formulations, the average volume of importedtechnical and formulation decreased year on year. The volume of imported technicalproducts was 400 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 24.18%. The volume of importedtechnical products converted to 100% was nearly 400 tons, a year-on-yeardecrease of 24.62%, and the import value of technical was 6 million US dollars,a year-on-year decrease of 25.54%. The volume of imported formulation productswas 1400 tons, down 59.73% year-on-year. The volume of import formulation productsconverted to 100% was 500 tons, down 58.34% year-on-year. The value of importformulation products was 26 million US dollars, down 42.08% year-on-year.

By categories, in terms of the import volume and valueconverted to 100%, the volume and value of agrochemical in each category hasdecreased. The import volume of fungicide was 700 tons, and the import value was15 million dollars. The import volume converted to 100% of insecticide was 200tons, and the import value was 17 million dollars.
