4. Ametoctradin(BASF)
Ametoctradin is a is a highly selective fungicide, a triazole pyrimidine fungicide, a mitochondrial respiration inhibitor, which can prevent and control Oomycetes diseases, especially downy mildew and Phytophthora pathogens.
Ametoctradin has been registered in dozens of countries/regions worldwide, including USA, EU, India and China.
In 2022, BASF registered in Brazil the formulation products of ametoctradin combined with dimethomorph and metiram, to prevent and control potato late blight and downy mildew of onion, cucumber and ornamental plants.
5. Isofetamid(Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha)
Isofetamid is a SDHI fungicide developed by Ishihara Industries in Japan. FRAC classifies isofetamid as a Class 7 fungicide with a different mechanism of action to Benzimidazole, Triazole and Strobilurin and is not cross-resistant to common fungicide.
Isofetamid has broad-spectrum and high-efficiency effects, and can control fungal diseases of Ascomycetes and Deuteromycetes, as well as gray mold on cucumber, tomato, strawberry and other cropst.
In July 2021, Isofetamid 95% TC and 400g/L SC formulations were registered in Brazil, and in December 2021, they were registered in China. The Chinese market sales of this product are carried out by Ishihara Shanghai Company and Zhejiang Ishihara Jinniu Chemical Co., Ltd. 6. Inpyrfluxam(SUMITOMO CHEMICAL)
lnpyrfluxam is a pyrazole-carboxamide fungicide developed by SUMITOMO CHEMICAL as a SDH inhibitors. It has a wide range of functions, and can prevent and control the main pathogenic bacterium on apple, corn, peanut, rice, soybean, sugar beet and other crops. It can be used for foliar spraying or soil or seed treatment.

In March 2022, the compound was approved for registration in Brazil, and SUMITOMO sold inpyrfluxam and tebuconazole compound products in this region to prevent and control the two most serious soybean diseases, Asian soybean rust and target spot, so as to consolidate its position in the South American market.
Bayer also registered a fungicide Fox Supra, a combination of inpyrfluxam and prothioconazole, for the control of Asian soybean rust during the same period.
7. Fenpropimorph(BASF)
Fenpropimorph is a broad-spectrum, systemic morpholine fungicide and ergosterol biosynthesis inhibitor with preventive and therapeutic effects. The main control objects are powdery mildew, leaf rust, stripe rust on barley, wheat, and cereal smut and cotton blight.
As early as 2017, BASF launched 750g / L fenpropimorph EC for resistance management of soybean Asian rust. However, the technical registration approval was obtained in 2021.
ICAMA has approved a total of 5 product registrations of fenpropimorph, all of which are exclusively for export, to Paraguay and Panama.
8. Mefentrifluconazole(BASF)
Mefentrifluconazole is a triazole fungicide developed by BASF, and it also belongs to the sterol demethylation inhibitor class of fungicide. It is suitable for more than 60 kinds of crops in the world, such as field crops, commercial crops and special crops, and can prevent and control many fungal diseases that are difficult to control, such as rust.
