Establishment of coal quality inspection system in Hebei

The office of the leading group for air pollution prevention and control of Hebei Province recently issued the implementation opinions on the establishment of coal quality detection system in front of the furnace, which will strengthen the detection of coal quality in the furnace, strengthen the inspection of coal quality law enforcement, and ensure the stable and up to standard coal quality for industrial use. Each key coal using unit shall establish a coal quality inspection organization, equipped with relevant equipment and personnel, or entrust a third party to carry out the incoming or furnace coal quality inspection, and the relevant inspection account and use account shall be properly kept. For the coal that does not meet the coal quality standards or the requirements of the feasibility study design, the coal using unit shall not burn it, and shall adopt the methods of washing, blending or returning. The Department of ecological environment of Hebei Province will build a coal quality inspection and supervision system in front of the furnace, and upload the information such as self-test, on-site sampling test and law enforcement inspection through the Internet in real time, so that law enforcement personnel can access the coal quality of the enterprise at any time.
