Viral hepatitis (including A, B and non-A, non-B) is a legal infectious disease with the characteristics of strong infectiousness, complex transmission routes, wide prevalence and high incidence rate. Some patients with B and non-A, non-B hepatitis may develop chronic diseases, which is very harmful to people's health. According to etiological diagnosis, there are at least 5 types of hepatitis viruses, namely A, B, C, D and E viruses, which cause A, B, C, D and E viral hepatitis, namely hepatitis A (hepatitis A), hepatitis B (hepatitis B), hepatitis C (hepatitis C), hepatitis D (hepatitis D) and hepatitis E (hepatitis E). Another type is called G viral hepatitis, which is less common. Among them, A and E mainly manifest as acute hepatitis, B, C and D mainly manifest as chronic hepatitis and may develop into hepatitis cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. The pathogenicity of hepatitis G virus and TTV virus is still controversial. In addition, many other known viruses, such as cytomegalovirus, Epstein-Barr virus, yellow fever virus, rubella virus, herpes simplex virus, coxsackie virus, and ECHO virus, can also cause liver inflammation. Clinically, the main manifestations are fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, hepatomegaly, and liver damage. Some patients may have jaundice and fever. Some patients experience urticaria, joint pain, or upper respiratory tract symptoms.
