Vitiligo
Vitiligo is a difficult-to-treat skin disease, which is generally a local or generalized loss of pigmentation. It can occur in all parts of the body, such as the pigment cells of the eyes and ears. Therefore, vitiligo is a systemic disease that mainly invades skin pigments, and can also invade other pigment cells throughout the body. Its main manifestations are milky white spots on the local skin, and the hair in the affected area can be normal or white; but it is generally painless and itchy. If the white spots are large, there will occasionally be a burning sensation after exposure to the sun in summer. There are many factors that induce vitiligo, such as mental inducing factors, genetics, trauma, frequent contact with chemical substances, endocrine disorders, autoimmune factors, environmental factors, etc. The incidence rate in my country is about 0.05-0.2%. With the accelerated pace of life and the worsening of air pollution, the incidence of vitiligo is increasing year by year.
