Fulminant Hepatitis Like syndrome refers to a group of syndromes with fulminant hepatitis-like manifestations that are not viral hepatitis. It includes three signs: 1. Tetracycline-induced toxic hepatitis. Taking a large amount of tetracycline antibiotics can cause acute fatty liver, but it is more common in pregnant women; 2. Acute fatty liver of pregnancy. Most patients are primiparas aged 20 to 30 years old; 3. Reye syndrome (encephalopathy fatty liver syndrome), which refers to brain edema and fat deposition in organs such as liver and kidney caused by viruses, poisoning and metabolic disorders. However, if it can be cured, the liver can completely return to normal. This group of symptoms includes acute onset, severe nausea, vomiting and abdominal distension, bleeding tendency, impaired consciousness and other symptoms.
