Primary vaginal malignancies are uncommon, accounting for about 1% of gynecological malignancies, and vaginal sarcomas account for 2% of vaginal malignancies. Literature reports that embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma (grape-like sarcoma) is the most common vaginal sarcoma and mostly occurs in infants and young children.
