Trichoderma spinulosa
Trichostasis spinulosa is also known as vellus hair blackheads. The cause is not yet clear. Some believe that it is caused by congenital abnormal development of the hair papilla. The clinical manifestations of this disease are not obvious and are rarely diagnosed. It is not uncommon in young and middle-aged people.
