Small intestinal fibroma is a benign tumor that occurs from the fibrous tissue of the small intestinal mucosa. It is rare. River et al. reported 163 cases of small intestinal fibroma among 1,399 cases, accounting for 11.6%. A domestic group of 1,265 cases of small intestinal benign tumors had 5 cases, accounting for only 0.39%.
