Niznov syndrome
Nezelof’s syndrome is thymic alymphoplasia without parathyroid insufficiency. It is an autosomal recessive genetic disease. Some patients have purine nucleoside phosphorylase deficiency, which is an enzyme deficiency in the purine substitution pathway. It is a primary combined immunodeficiency disease.
