Malignant blue nevus
Malignant blue nevus is rare. It can occur on the basis of existing blue nevus or nevus of Ota, or it can be a malignant blue nevus from the beginning. The skin lesions are superficial and can ulcerate. The disease can invade local lymph nodes or metastasize widely throughout the body. In addition, some necrotic areas are common, but there is no borderline activity.
