Paget's disease-like reticulosis
Paget's disease-like reticulosis, also known as localized epidermotropic reticulosis or Woringer-Kolopp disease. In 1931, Ketren and Goodman described a clinically similar MF, multiple skin lesions that were clearly of epithelial origin. In 1939, Woringer and Kolopp reported a case of a 6-year-old boy with a single plaque-like lesion on the arm. The name Paget's disease-like reticulohistiocytosis was proposed by Braum-Falco et al. based on clinical and histological appearance. This disease is a characteristic T-cell lymphoma that occurs only in the skin, clinically manifested as plaques, and histologically characterized by single nested aggregations of atypical intraepidermal T lymphocytes.
