Travel Psychosis
Travel psychosis refers to a transient psychotic disorder that occurs during travel. One type is called "coconut banana syndrome" and the other is the traveler's reaction to the travel experience itself. The description of the latter is basically consistent with the clinical manifestations of travel psychosis. Patients with travel psychosis are mostly young and middle-aged, mostly male, most of whom are farmers or migrant workers, most of whom have less than elementary school education and low education level. The vast majority of patients have no family history or personal history. Due to the lack of data on the demographic composition ratio of train passenger volume, the above conclusion needs further research and confirmation.
