Migratory nodular panniculitis
Migratory nodular erythema is a special clinical syndrome characterized by the appearance of one or several red skin nodules on the front of the lower legs on both sides or one side, which rapidly expand to form hard plaques and disappear on their own after a few months. Bafrested (1954) used the term migratory nodular erythema to distinguish it from typical nodular erythema. Pinol (1956) described the histopathological characteristics of this disease in detail and proved that iodine has a good effect on this disease.
