First degree atrioventricular block
First degree atrioventricular block (Ⅰ°AVB) refers to the atrioventricular conduction time being prolonged beyond the normal range, but each atrial excitation can still be transmitted to the ventricle, also known as atrioventricular conduction delay. On the electrocardiogram, the P-R interval reaches or exceeds 0.21s (reaches or exceeds 0.18s for children under 14 years old), and each P wave is followed by a QRS wave.
