Stevens-Johnson syndrome in children is also known as mucocutaneocular syndrome, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, exudative erythema multiforme, malignant bullous erythema multiforme, Fuchs syndrome, etc. This syndrome is a more serious type of exudative erythema multiforme syndrome, mainly manifested by extensive multiform skin lesions at different stages, oral and eye mucosal lesions and systemic poisoning symptoms.
