This product is an antidepressant, a potent, highly selective 5-hydroxytryptamine reuptake inhibitor, which can increase the concentration of 5-hydroxytryptamine in the synaptic cleft and enhance the central 5-hydroxytryptamine nerve function. It only weakly inhibits the reuptake of norepinephrine and dopamine, and has almost no affinity with muscarinic 1, 2 receptors or adrenaline receptors, dopamine 2 receptors, 5-hydroxytryptamine 1, 2 receptors and histamine H1 receptors. It also has no inhibitory effect on monoamine oxidase.

| Lincomycin hydrochloride |
It has high antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Bacillus anthracis, etc. It also has good antibacterial activity against anaerobic bacteria, such as Bacteroides including Bacteroides fragilis, Fusobacterium, Peptococcus, Peptostreptococcus, Clostridium perfringens, etc. Most of them are highly sensitive to this product. Gram-negative aerobic bacteria including Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria and Mycoplasma are resistant to this product. There is no cross-resistance between this product and penicillin, chloramphenicol, cephalosporins and tetracyclines, but it has partial cross-resistance with macrolides and complete cross-resistance with clindamycin. The mechanism of action of this product is to bind to the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome, prevent the extension of the peptide chain, and thus inhibit the protein synthesis of bacterial cells. This product is an antibacterial drug, but at high concentrations, it also has a bactericidal effect on certain bacteria.
