Amoxicillin
Amoxicillin is a penicillin antibiotic that has good antibacterial activity against Streptococcus such as Streptococcus pneumoniae and hemolytic Streptococcus, aerobic Gram-positive cocci such as non-penicillinase-producing Staphylococci and Enterococcus faecalis, aerobic Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella, Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and Helicobacter pylori. Amoxicillin exerts its bactericidal effect by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell walls, which can quickly dissolve and rupture bacteria into spherical bodies.

Cefazolin sodium salt
After intramuscular injection of 500 mg of this product, the peak blood concentration (Cmax) reaches 38 mg/L (32-42 mg/L) after 1-2 hours, and the blood concentration can still be measured at 7 mg/L after 6 hours. 0.5 g of this product is intravenously dripped within 20 minutes, and the peak blood concentration is 118 mg/L, and the effective concentration is maintained for 8 hours. This product is difficult to penetrate the blood-cerebrospinal fluid barrier, and the drug concentration cannot be measured in the cerebrospinal fluid. Cefazolin can reach a higher concentration in pleural effusion, ascites, pericardial fluid and synovial fluid. The drug concentration in inflammatory exudate is basically equal to the serum concentration; the concentration in bile is equal to or slightly exceeds the blood concentration in the same period. The fetal blood concentration is 70% to 90% of the maternal blood concentration, and the content in breast milk is low. The protein binding rate of this product is 74% to 86%. The blood elimination half-life (t1/2β) of normal adults is 1.5 to 2 hours, which can be extended to 2.5 hours in the elderly. The t1/2β of patients with renal failure can be prolonged, and the endogenous creatinine clearance rate is 12 hours and 57 hours when it is 12-17ml/min and less than 5ml/min, respectively. The t1/2β of newborns within 1 week after birth is 4.5-5 hours. This product is not metabolized in the body; the prototype drug is filtered through the glomerulus, and part of it is secreted in the urine through the renal tubules. 80% to 90% of the administered dose can be excreted within 24 hours. Probenecid can increase the blood drug concentration by about 30% and prolong the effective blood drug concentration time. The blood drug concentration decreases by 40% to 50% after 6 hours of hemodialysis; peritoneal dialysis generally cannot clear this product.

Cefoperazone sodium
Cefoperazone sodium can reach a certain blood concentration after injection and can enter the inflammatory cerebrospinal fluid. The drug concentration in the cerebrospinal fluid of patients with purulent meningitis after intravenous injection of 2g is 0.95-7.2mg/L. This product can pass through the blood-placenta barrier and has a high concentration in tissues and body fluids such as bile, prostate, bone tissue, peritoneal exudate, endometrium, and fallopian tubes. It has a high protein binding rate (70%-93.5%) and a half-life of about 2 hours. In severe liver damage or bile duct obstruction, the urinary excretion can reach 90%. It is not metabolized in the body and is mainly excreted through bile.
