This product is an oral third-generation broad-spectrum cephalosporin antibiotic. This product has strong antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria such as Streptococcus (except faecal Streptococcus) and Streptococcus pneumoniae; Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae, Klebsiella, Salmonella, Shigella, and Neisseria gonorrhoeae, especially against Serratia, indole-positive Proteus, Enterobacter, and Citrobacter, which are less sensitive to cephalosporins. It is stable to β-lactamase produced by bacteria. However, this product is ineffective against drug-resistant microorganisms such as Pseudomonas, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, and Enterococcus.

A highly effective broad-spectrum β-lactamase inhibitor that can effectively prevent drug-resistant bacteria from destroying penicillin drugs, but has low self-bacterial ability. When used in combination with amoxicillin, it can increase the latter's antibacterial spectrum and improve the sensitivity of bacteria to amoxicillin.

A broad-spectrum antibiotic that can kill a variety of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. When used in combination with clavulanic acid, the antibacterial spectrum is expanded and the bacterial sensitivity to it increases.
