Rifampicin
It has a significant bactericidal effect on Mycobacterium tuberculosis and some non-tuberculous mycobacteria (including Mycobacterium leprae, etc.) both inside and outside the host cells. Rifampicin firmly binds to the beta subunit of the DNA-dependent RNA polymerase, inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial RNA and preventing the enzyme from connecting to DNA, thereby blocking the RNA transcription process and stopping the synthesis of DNA and protein.

Isoniazid
It has a highly selective bactericidal effect on all types of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, with a strong effect on Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the growth and reproduction stage, and a weaker and slower effect on Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the dormant stage. Its mechanism of action may be to inhibit the synthesis of mycolic acid in sensitive bacteria and cause cell wall rupture.

Pasiniazid
It is a chemical compound of isoniazid (INH) and para-aminosalicylic acid (PAS). INH is mainly effective against mycobacteria in the growth and reproduction period, and may inhibit the synthesis of mycolic acid (myolic acid) of sensitive bacteria and cause cell wall rupture. PAS effectively delays and blocks the acetylation process of INH in the body, thereby maintaining a higher and longer INH concentration in the blood and reducing the toxicity to the liver. It enhances the bactericidal effect of the drug and also delays the development of bacterial resistance. In combined treatment with other anti-tuberculosis drugs, the anti-tuberculosis efficacy of this product is significantly better than that of INH, while the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions, liver damage and leukopenia and adverse reactions is significantly lower than that of INH. Animal experiments have shown that for artificially infected mice, the anti-tuberculosis efficacy of this product is about 5 times that of INH; the therapeutic effect of this product at 10 mg/kg per day is significantly better than the physical mixed preparation of INH (20 mg/kg per day) and PAS (200 mg/kg per day).
