Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Roxithromycin

This product is a semi-synthetic 14-membered macrolide antibiotic. The antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial effect are basically similar to those of erythromycin. It is slightly less effective than erythromycin against Gram-positive bacteria, and stronger than erythromycin against Legionella pneumophila. The antimicrobial effect against Chlamydia pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, and Ureaplasma urealyticum is similar to or slightly stronger than that of erythromycin. This product can penetrate the bacterial cell membrane and reversibly bind to the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome near the donor ("P" position), blocking the transfer RNA (t-RNA) binding to the "P" position, and also blocking the transfer of the polypeptide chain from the acceptor position ("A" position) to the "P" position, thereby inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis.

Ropivacaine Mesylate Injection
The main component of this product is ropivacaine mesylate, chemical name is (S)-N-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-1-propyl-2-piperidinamide methanesulfonate Molecular formula: C17H26N2O.CH3SO3H Molecular weight: 370.51
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Ropivacaine mesylate

It may block the generation and conduction of nerve impulses by increasing the threshold of nerve action potential, delaying the spread of nerve impulses, and reducing the speed of action potential increase. The generation of anesthetic effect is related to the axial diameter, myelination and conduction velocity of nerve fibers.

Quinolone is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that has bactericidal effects on Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria and some anaerobic bacteria. It has good antibacterial effects on methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, ampicillin-resistant influenza bacilli, pipemidic acid-resistant Escherichia coli and bacteria resistant to other drugs. Its antibacterial mechanism is to inhibit the activity of bacterial DNA helicase, thereby inhibiting bacterial DNA transcription and replication, and has bactericidal effects on a variety of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
