| Gatifloxacin hydrochloride |
Gatifloxacin is a racemic compound of 8-methoxyfluoroquinolone, which has a broad spectrum of activity against Gram-negative and Gram-positive microorganisms in vitro. Its antibacterial effect is through inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, thereby inhibiting bacterial DNA replication, transcription and repair processes. It has antibacterial activity against most strains of the following microorganisms: 1. Gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus (limited to strains sensitive to methicillin), Streptococcus pneumoniae (strains sensitive to penicillin). 2. Gram-negative bacteria: Escherichia coli, Haemophilus influenzae and parainfluenzae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Moraxella catarrhalis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Proteus mirabilis. 3. Other microorganisms: Chlamydia pneumoniae, Legionella pneumophila, Mycoplasma pneumoniae.

| Rapamycin |
Through a mechanism of action that is completely different from other immunosuppressants, it inhibits the activation and proliferation of T lymphocytes stimulated by antigens and cytokines (interleukins IL-2, IL-4 and IL-15). It also inhibits the production of antibodies. In cells, sirolimus binds to the immunophilin FK binding protein-12 (FKBP-12) to form an immunosuppressive complex. This complex has no effect on the activity of calcineurin, but binds to the mammalian sirolimus target molecule (mTOR) and inhibits its activity, inhibits cytokine-driven T cell proliferation, and inhibits the development of the G1 phase to the S phase in the cell cycle. It can prolong the survival of a variety of animal allogeneic transplants, reverse acute rejection reactions, and has an immune tolerance effect against allogeneic antigens. At the same time, in animal models of autoimmune diseases, sirolimus can inhibit a variety of immune-mediated reactions.
