| Pasiniazid |
This product is a chemical synthesis of isoniazid (INH) and para-aminosalicylic acid (PAS). INH is mainly effective against mycobacteria in the growth and reproduction period, and may inhibit the synthesis of mycolic acid (myolic acid) of sensitive bacteria and cause cell wall rupture. PAS delays and blocks the acetylation process of INH in the body, maintains a higher and longer INH concentration and reduces liver toxicity. It enhances the bactericidal effect of the drug, delays the development of bacterial resistance, and in combined treatment with other anti-tuberculosis drugs, the anti-tuberculosis efficacy of this product is significantly better than INH, and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower than INH. Animal experiments have shown that the anti-tuberculosis efficacy of this product is about 5 times that of INH.

| Metronidazole |
It has a strong antibacterial effect on most anaerobic bacteria, and has a strong killing effect on amoeba and trichomonas. Its bactericidal mechanism has not been fully elucidated. The nitroreductase of anaerobic bacteria plays an important role in the energy metabolism of sensitive strains. The nitro group of this product is reduced to a cytotoxin, which acts on the DNA metabolism process of bacteria and promotes cell death.
