Edaravone Injection
Edaravone. Excipients are propylene glycol and sodium metabisulfite.
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
5-Methyl-2-phenyl-1,2-dihydropyrazol-3-one

Edaravone is a brain protective agent (free radical scavenger) that can scavenge free radicals and inhibit lipid peroxidation, thereby inhibiting oxidative damage to brain cells, vascular endothelial cells, and neurons. Clinical studies have shown that it can inhibit the reduction of local cerebral blood flow around the infarction, and the NAA content in the brain on the 28th day after onset is significantly higher than that in the glycerol control group. Preclinical studies have shown that intravenous administration of edaravone to rats after ischemia/ischemia-reperfusion can prevent the progression of cerebral edema and cerebral infarction, relieve the accompanying neurological symptoms, and inhibit delayed neuronal death.

Risedronate Sodium Tablets
Risedronate
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Sodium risedronate

It can bind to hydroxyapatite in bones and inhibit bone resorption. At the cellular level, this product inhibits osteoclasts and reduces bone turnover and resorption at the bone remodeling site. It can inhibit osteoclasts in osteoporosis model rats and miniature pigs, inhibit bone resorption, and increase bone mass and bone biomechanical strength in a dose-dependent manner. The increase in bone density is related to the above effects.
