Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
L-amlodipine besylate impurity 78

This product is a calcium influx blocker, which blocks extracellular calcium ions from entering myocardial and vascular smooth muscle cells through calcium ion channels in the cell membrane; it directly relaxes vascular smooth muscle and has an anti-hypertensive effect; it reduces peripheral resistance by dilating peripheral arterioles, thereby reducing myocardial energy consumption and oxygen demand, while dilating coronary arteries to increase myocardial oxygen supply; it takes a long time to metabolize in the liver, so it should be used with caution when liver function is impaired.

This product is a calcium influx blocker (also known as a calcium channel blocker or calcium ion antagonist) that blocks extracellular calcium ions from entering myocardial and vascular smooth muscle cells through the calcium ion channels (slow channels) of the cell membrane; it directly relaxes vascular smooth muscle and has an anti-hypertensive effect; it relieves angina pectoris by reducing peripheral resistance (afterload) by dilating peripheral arterioles, thereby reducing myocardial energy consumption and oxygen demand, and dilating coronary arteries to increase myocardial oxygen supply; it takes a long time to metabolize in the liver, so caution should be used when liver function is impaired.

Telmisartan Capsules
4'-[(2-n-propyl-4-methyl-6-(1-methylbenzimidazol-2-yl)-benzimidazol-1-yl)methyl]diphenyl-2-carboxylic acid = Telmisartan
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Telmisartan

Telmisartan is a specific angiotensin II receptor (ATⅠ type) antagonist, which binds to the ATⅠ receptor subtype with high affinity, has no agonist effect, selectively binds and has a long-lasting binding effect. It does not inhibit human plasma renin, ion channels and angiotensin converting enzyme Ⅱ, and can almost completely inhibit the increase in blood pressure caused by angiotensin Ⅱ. The antihypertensive effect reaches the maximum 4 weeks after the start of treatment and can be maintained for a long time. After interruption of treatment, blood pressure gradually recovers and there is no rebound hypertension. The incidence of dry cough is lower than that of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors.
