Phenylpropionate tablets

This product is a sedative. It acts on the lower brain stem of the central nervous system, inhibits multi-synaptic reflexes, blocks nerve conduction from abnormally excited muscles, and produces muscle relaxation. It also acts on the higher centers of the cerebral cortex and has a weak sedative effect.

The main ingredient of this product is phenylpropanolamine. Its chemical name is 3-phenyl-1-propanol carbamate. Molecular formula: C10H13NO2 Molecular weight: 179.22

This product is white tablets.

Used for general anxiety and pain caused by abnormal muscle tension such as muscle spasms and muscle rigidity.

Common dosage for adults: 0.2~0.4g orally once, 3 times a day. For anti-anxiety, 0.4~0.8g each time, 3 times a day. It is best to take after meals.

Occasionally, there may be drowsiness, dizziness, general fatigue, unsteady walking, nausea, bloating, abdominal pain, stomach discomfort and dull pain in the stomach.

It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product.
