Aspirin and acetaminophen in this product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and have antipyretic and analgesic effects; caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant and can enhance the antipyretic and analgesic effects of the above-mentioned drugs.

This product is a compound preparation, each tablet contains 126 mg of acetaminophen, 230 mg of aspirin, and 30 mg of caffeine.

This product is a capsule, the contents are white powder, tastes slightly sour and bitter, and easily deteriorates when exposed to moisture.

It is used to treat fever caused by the common cold or influenza, and is also used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headache, joint pain, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia, and dysmenorrhea.

Oral administration. Adults take 1 tablet at a time. If fever or pain persists, repeat the medication every 4-6 hours, but not more than 4 times within 24 hours.

Less common or rare reactions include ① gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers, which are more common in patients who take large doses of this product; ② allergic bronchial asthma; ③ rash, urticaria, skin itching, etc.; ④ hematuria, dizziness and liver damage.

1. Pregnant women and lactating women are prohibited from using this product. 2. People with wheezing, nasal polyposis syndrome, or allergies to aspirin and other antipyretic analgesics are prohibited from using this product. 3. People with hemophilia or thrombocytopenia are prohibited from using this product. 4. People with active bleeding disorders are prohibited from using this product. 5. People with severe liver and kidney dysfunction are prohibited from using this product.

1. It should not be used with anticoagulants (such as dicoumarol, heparin). 2. This product can increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions when used with corticosteroids. 3.
