Function and Efficacy
[Pharmacology and Toxicology] A new type of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, mainly used for the treatment of rheumatism. The drug is a non-acidic drug precursor, which is rapidly metabolized into more potent compounds in the liver. Its main active metabolite in the body can inhibit the biosynthesis of prostaglandins, and has strong antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. The drug's irritation to the stomach is much less than naproxen, indomethacin and aspirin.

Appearance
This product is a capsule. The content is white or off-white crystalline powder, odorless and tasteless.
Indication
Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 4 capsules (1.0g) at a time, once every night. For severe cases or persistent symptoms, or in the acute exacerbation period, 2 to 4 capsules can be taken every morning, or as directed by the doctor.
Adverse Reactions
There may be digestive tract discomfort, rash, drowsiness, etc.
Precautions
1. This product should not be used in patients with a history of aspirin allergy or severe liver dysfunction. 2. It is contraindicated for pregnant women.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Forbidden. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women are not recommended to use this product in the last 3 months of pregnancy and during lactation. Precautions for the elderly: The elderly should maintain the lowest effective dose when using this product.
Drug Interactions
1. The absorption rate of this product is not affected by the combined use of aluminum hydroxide gel, aspirin or acetaminophen. However, it is generally not recommended to use two or more non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs at the same time. 2. There is no interaction between this product and the anticoagulant warfarin in healthy volunteers. However, there is no data on the combined use of these two drugs in patients. 3. When this product is used in combination with acetyl anticonvulsants and sulfonylurea hypoglycemic drugs, the dosage should be appropriately reduced.
