This product is a compound preparation of polyethylene glycol 4000 and electrolytes. One portion of this product (package A and package B) is dissolved in 125ml of water to form an isotonic solution. Polyethylene glycol 4000 combines with water molecules to form a relatively stable hydrogen bond. After entering the intestine, the water in the intestinal contents is not excessively absorbed by the colon, thereby lubricating the intestine, softening feces, increasing the volume of intestinal contents, and promoting the colon to restore normal physiological movement. Large doses of this product (2-3 liters) can flush and irrigate the intestine. In addition, when used, the net exchange of water and electrolytes between this product and the gastrointestinal mucosa is basically zero, so it can maintain the body's water and electrolyte balance before and after defecation or intestinal cleaning.

This product is a compound preparation, consisting of two doses, A and B. Dose A contains 13.125 grams of polyethylene glycol 4000; dose B contains 0.1785 grams of sodium bicarbonate, 0.3507 grams of sodium chloride, and 0.0466 grams of potassium chloride.

This product is a white powder. The B agent is a white crystalline powder.

2 bags/day (2 bags of A + 2 bags of B dissolved in 250ml of warm water), once/day, for 6 consecutive days, take on an empty stomach or 2 hours before meals.

When this product is used to treat constipation, adverse reactions are diarrhea and paroxysmal abdominal pain. During intestinal preparation, taking a large amount may cause nausea, abdominal distension, occasional abdominal cramps, vomiting and anal discomfort. Very rarely, allergic reactions such as urticaria, runny nose, dermatitis, etc. may occur. The above adverse reactions disappear immediately after stopping the drug.

When this product is used for intestinal cleansing, other oral medications taken 1 hour before taking it may be flushed away from the gastrointestinal tract without being absorbed.
