Indication
1. Used for emergency hypotension in hypertensive emergencies, such as hypertensive crisis, hypertensive encephalopathy, malignant hypertension, paroxysmal hypertension before and after pheochromocytoma surgery, and also for controlled hypotension during surgical anesthesia; 2. Used for acute heart failure, including acute pulmonary edema. It is suitable for acute heart failure with acute myocardial infarction or valvular (mitral or aortic) insufficiency.
Precautions
1. Use with caution in the following situations: ① When the cerebral blood vessels or coronary arteries are insufficiently supplied with blood, the tolerance to low blood pressure is reduced; ② When controlled hypotension is applied during anesthesia, if anemia or hypovolemia occurs, it should be corrected before administration; ③ When encephalopathy or other conditions cause increased intracranial pressure, dilation of cerebral blood vessels may further increase intracranial pressure; ④ When liver function is impaired, this product may aggravate liver damage; ⑤ When thyroid function is too low, the metabolite thiocyanate of this product may inhibit the uptake and binding of iodine, which may aggravate the condition; ⑥ When pulmonary function is impaired, this product may aggravate hypoxemia; ⑦ When vitamin B12 is deficient, using this product may
