Indication
It is suitable for the induction of anesthesia and the maintenance of intravenous general anesthesia. It can also be used to strengthen the sedation of patients receiving mechanical ventilation and perform painless artificial abortion surgery.
Precautions
1. Propofol injection should not be used during pregnancy, but it can be used when terminating pregnancy; 2. Propofol injection should not be used by parturients and breastfeeding women; 3. It is contraindicated for those who are known to be allergic to propofol or its emulsifier components; 4. It should be used with caution in children under three years old.
Special Population Medication
Precautions during pregnancy and lactation: Not suitable for use by postpartum and lactating women.
