Gentamycin Procaine Vitamin B12 Granules
Function and Efficacy
Gentamycin sulfate has antibacterial effects on various Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria and Helicobacter pylori, and its mechanism of action is to inhibit the synthesis of bacterial proteins. Procaine hydrochloride has a local anesthetic effect, and its mechanism of action is to competitively bind to nerve membrane lipoproteins, block sodium ions, and hinder the conduction of nerve fibers. Vitamin B12 is a substance necessary for the formation of normal epithelial cells in the digestive tract. The three can play an antibacterial, analgesic and promote gastric mucosal repair.
Ingredients
Each bag contains 20 mg (2000 units) of gentamicin, 0.1 g of procaine hydrochloride, and 0.02 mg of vitamin B12.

Appearance
This product is yellow granules; it tastes sweet and slightly bitter.
Indication
Suitable for chronic superficial gastritis and gastric ulcer.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. Take 1 bag at a time, 3 times a day, chew before meals or take with warm water. 6 weeks of treatment, or follow the doctor's advice.
Adverse Reactions
Reactions such as loss of appetite, nausea, and diarrhea may occur; a small number of patients may have decreased renal function, hematuria, oliguria, hearing loss, tinnitus, or a feeling of fullness in the ears (ototoxicity).
Precautions
1. It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to gentamicin. 2. It is contraindicated for patients with severe renal impairment.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Due to the possible adverse reactions of gentamicin and procaine (potential ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity), it is recommended that children should not use it. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution in pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: The renal function of elderly patients has a certain degree of physiological decline. Even if the renal function is within the normal range, a smaller therapeutic dose should still be used.
